  1. Promotion Duration : From 26/11/2025 until 24/12/2025.
  2. This promotion allows customers to upgrade from their non-SK Magic product to a new SK Magic product.
  3. For water purifier (WPU) customers, they are allowed to join the promotion 3 months before contract ends, but overdue must be within 2 months or below RM200. Remaining 3 months rental is not counted as overdue.
  4. For non-WPU products like air purifiers, mattresses, massage chairs, and air-conditioners, customers must have rented the product for at least 12 months.
  5. If they have used the product between 12 to 24 months, they must have zero overdue payments.
  6. If they have used it for 24 months or more, they are allowed to have up to 2 months overdue, with the total overdue amount not more than RM200.
  7. The old product must be under the customer’s name, and not rented or owned by someone else.
  8. Customers must provide clear documents:
    β€’ A photo of the old non-SK Magic product
    β€’ A photo of the product with their NRIC
    β€’ The serial number of the product
    β€’ An ownership letter (e.g. rental contract / SOA / receipt), if needed
  9. SK Magic Malaysia reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice

  • Promotion Duration : From 26/11/2025 until 24/12/2025.
  • All submitted information and documents must be valid and verifiable.
  • Customers must make timely payments for Month 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 to remain eligible for the promotional rate.
  • If a customer fails to make a payment on time for Month 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 they will lose their eligibility for the promotional rate and will be charged the normal monthly rental price for the remaining months.
  • Failure to comply with the above will result in cancellation of the application.
  • All Trade Up process will continue to follow the existing process as per company guidelines.
